Victorian Lockdown Restrictions Continue
The Victorian State Government announced today that the current lockdown restrictions will remain in place until 70 per cent of Victorians have had at least one dose of vaccine. This is estimated to be around 23 September 2021.
The restrictions that are currently in place across Victoria will remain in place. In Metropolitan Melbourne the curfew from 9pm to 5am remains. Across Victoria there are only five reasons to leave home: getting the food and supplies you need, exercising for up to two hours no more than 5km from your home, care or caregiving, authorised work or education, or to get vaccinated at the nearest location.
